Acceptance

By using EarningsGrade (earningsgrade.com), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

What we provide

EarningsGrade is a forensic earnings screening tool. We provide automated financial red flag screening, 18-point accounting checks, Beneish M-Score, Altman Z-Score, Dechow F-Score, portfolio scans, watchlist alerts, and earnings quality reports based on SEC 10-K filings. All content is for informational purposes only.

Paid services

Paid products may include EarningsGrade Pro subscriptions, full report unlocks, portfolio scans, watchlist alerts, PDF/CSV export workflows, and related digital access. Product features, limits, prices, billing intervals, and credit validity periods are shown on the Pricing page before checkout.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription from Settings > Billing or through the payment processor's customer portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise by the payment processor.

Refunds and support

For billing, access, cancellation, duplicate charge, or refund questions, email support@earningsgrade.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Because EarningsGrade sells digital access to reports and screening tools, completed purchases are generally non-refundable after access is delivered, except where required by law or where the payment processor or merchant of record determines otherwise.

Not investment advice

EarningsGrade is NOT investment advice. A passing grade does not mean buy. A failing grade does not mean sell. Grades reflect financial statement quality and red flag density, not buy/sell recommendations. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Data accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy by sourcing data from SEC EDGAR filings and public financial data providers. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Financial data can contain errors, and our screening models can produce false positives and false negatives.

Intellectual property

All reports, grades, analysis, and website content are the property of EarningsGrade. You may share individual report links but may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell reports without permission.

Account use

You are responsible for the activity under your account. Do not share paid account access, bypass access controls, scrape paid content at scale, resell reports, or use EarningsGrade in a way that disrupts the service.

Limitation of liability

EarningsGrade shall not be liable for any investment losses, damages, or costs arising from use of our screening tools or reports.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
